Dear all seniors,
i need some sample of board resolution . our company is PVT.Ltd Co.having 3 directors.I have open bank a/c in hsbc bank with Authorized Signatories any two ,but know i want to change the Authorized Signatories from any two to any one .For this bank is asking the resolution pass for the same,so please help out with sample of board resolution and letter to bank for the same
