What sort of help you need, the best book as far as on legal law and rules is concerned you can take the help of P.L. Malik author of Book Industrial laws, his book comes in 2 volume.

PL malik is not good for a person who have not more then 5 year experience in Statutory compliances

There are books on statutory compliance by H.L. Kumar, who also runs the popular Labour Law Reporter. I would also suggest that you get a good book on Labour Laws. P.L. Malik's "Industrial Law" is one of the best.
