Dear Mr. Dhiraj,

Many friends have asked you about your Excel Sheet. Could you please explain what it actually entails? I am also confused.

For example, in your Excel sheet, you mentioned in Sr. No. 1 "APPOINTMENT LETTER" and for Designation, Date of joining, and CTC, you indicated "Total Marks @ 2" for each. Now, could you clarify how many marks you will assign in the column of "OBTAIN MARKS" and what criteria you have applied to determine these obtain marks?

Furthermore, please explain who will prepare the HR audit Process Chart and why it is necessary. Your insights will help individuals like me to incorporate it into our day-to-day work.

Thanks, Babita. You have rightly pointed out. I think some of them are just making a copy-paste and spreading it to all users since they also do not understand what information they are sharing. Hence, such types of friends cannot explain or guide others about the usage of the shared information. These types of people are wasting their and our valuable time.
