2. 5S audit checklist for all work areas.
3. Method for assessing audit ratings/marks on the checklist.
4. Frequency of conducting 5S audits (quarterly, monthly, weekly, etc.).
5. Duration of 5S audits in each department.
6. Responsibilities of the team leader during audits.
7. Roles of the coordinator during audits.
