I think this grade was applicable until December 2011. Please confirm the same. Suppose we have decided to pay Rs. 5500 PER MONTH and show the bifurcation as follows: Basic: 3500; HRA: 1500; Conveyance: 500.
Are we deducting PF on 3500 Basic? Then, as per the law, is it right or wrong? Please advise.

Kindly confirm if in West Bengal, both security and cleaning & sweeping services are included in the HRA as part of the Minimum wages or if an additional 5% needs to be added to the Minimum wages.
