I need help from seniors to create a salary format for an employee who newly joins a company in which the below headings are mandatory: BASIC, HRA, CONVEYANCE - TOTAL GROSS, PF - Employer & Employee share, ESI - if applicable according to their salary criteria, Bonus - yearly payable on Gross * 8.33%, Gratuity - (On Basic/12)/26*15, CTC, and lastly Net Payable.
With all these columns, I require a salary structure to fix a salary for a newly joined employee. For example, if my reporting manager asks me to prepare a salary format for an employee with a CTC of 20k and inquire about their take-home pay, I need to calculate the amount using all the mentioned columns.
Can anyone please help me create a format?
