Dear All,
I am resigning from the company during my probation period. As per the appointment letter, there is a clause for termination within 24 hours during the probation period, and a separate clause for the notice period, which stipulates giving a 60-day written notice. Please advise me on which notice period I should consider.
Please advise me on what to do if I wish to leave within 4 days.
Thank you.

Mr. Pune,
As you mentioned in the clause stated in your appointment letter, 24 hours' notice is required to terminate from the employer's end, which is also applicable to you. There is no need to serve notice as you mentioned. Even if you pursue legal action, a judgment in your favor should result in equal benefits being drafted.
Thanks,
Naresh
