I recently joined as an HR manager in an instrumentation company in Dubai. I went through some of the threads and found it really interesting, hence joined this group. I felt that I should have joined a long time back, but I guess it's never too late.

Actually, I have over 3 years of experience, primarily in induction, training coordination, payroll activities, and exit formalities. I am an engineering graduate with a postgraduate degree in HR. Currently, I am seeking a new HR job in Hyderabad.
