I am planning a two-day experiential workshop/Outbound training program for a team of around 60 people (aged between 25 to 50 years). The outcome of the workshop should be team bonding and gaining an extra edge at work.

This is more of a team-building event rather than a training. The very first thing, if you say that this is a training, they will be least interested. However, if you tell them that this is an event, the response will be totally different. You will get more participation (eagerly waiting for the event to start) for an event rather than training. More eagerness means more commitment and thus a better output. So, half of your battle you have won by using "Event" rather than "Training".
