Dear All, I am working in a private limited company, and the total employee strength is 15 people. Recently, a job advertisement for permanent positions was released in the local newspaper, and I received a letter from the Employment Exchange to inform them about the vacancies before the advertisement.
Understanding the Employment Exchange Act
As per my understanding, the Employment Exchange Act is applicable to government/semi-government organizations only, not to private limited companies. Kindly correct me if the Employment Exchange Act could be applicable to our company as well.
Regards,
Nitu
