Dear All,
While surfing the internet, I found a very simple but effective story that can be developed as a case study or role play. It can be used in a training session on Decision Making. This will definitely start the "thought process" of your audience.
Cheers!

Dear All,
Thank you very much for sharing with us this input on the dilemma of decision-making. It is true that minority rights are always sidelined at the expense of the majority.

Hi superb. This is not just tingling in the brain to start thinking, but a solid hammering to see beyond what "WE" don't see. Here to save a few children, we will sacrifice a single one, but forgetting that the train is also carrying thousands of passengers who could die as the train gets diverted to an unused track, where it could get derailed, and the rest is history.
Thanks anyway, it's touching.
