  • Good day,

As per my appointment letter, my appointment is on probation for one year. I have successfully completed the tenure of one-year probationary period. However, it's been quite some time, and I have not yet heard about my probation confirmation.

Kindly guide me with a sample reminder letter on how I should write to my company regarding my confirmation. I kindly request that they confirm my appointment and send me the confirmation letter.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains incorrect information regarding the probation period duration. The original post stated a probation period of six months, not one year. Please amend the probation period duration for accuracy.

You could probably address a polite letter to HR saying something like this:

I joined the department on [date] and my probation period was for [number] months, which got completed on [date]. I request you to confirm that my probationary period has been completed, and I have been confirmed as of [date].

My advice is to learn to write correct English. Your habit of capitalizing your words is poor English. Use full stops to end sentences. Do not start sentences with "As." Writing good English following grammatical rules will help a lot in your career.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains some valid points about improving English writing skills. However, there is no need to mention specific grammar rules in this context. It's important to focus on the request for probation confirmation in the letter.
