there is a circular available on the EPF website from the Central PF Office to all its Regional Offices askig them to initiate criminal action against G4S Security (Group4) for bifurcation of minimum wages in respect of PF.
i believe that their view is tha PF must be paid at least on the full minimum wages. bifurcation should only be allowed where salary is higher than minimum wages, then too, PF must be paid on MW.
most of our clients (large companies) are adopting this view to safeguard their interests.
