Hi, could anyone shed some light on how to obtain the relieving letter and experience certificate from my previous organization? When I was separating, they mentioned that they would provide it along with the Full and Final settlement. However, currently, no one in the HR department is responding to my emails. Whenever I try to speak with them, they always ask me to call back the next day.

Did you complete all exit formalities? If yes, send a written request by Regd post for relieving/exp. letter. Wait for their response within 2 weeks. Pon
