For someone who paints Mother India in the nude, this tribute smacks of a gross lack of patriotism. No sane man would paint his mother in the nude. At least in India, we have that reverence towards the Mother (who is considered next to God).
By merely knowing the Bhagavad Gita, one does not become a scholar. The Bhagavad Gita is meant to be followed and not meant for reading and mere superficial discussions.
