We look forward to arrange a Program on “Business Creativity and Innovation’ – by Rajat Joshi, Cite Knight. This program would be conducted in two sessions. The first session of this program would be held on 21st July ’07. The duration for this session would be for 8 hrs. Prior registration for this program is required to attend the same. Registrations to be closed on Thursday , 19th July 17, 2007 close of business hours .First come first serve basis is applicable to the participation of this program.
Participant Fee: Rs. 400 [Inclusive of Veg and Non-Veg food]

Pune CiteHR Second Meet: Lateral Thinking Session on Business Creativity and Innovation

The CiteHR members in Pune had organized the first session of the Program on Business Creativity and Innovation. This session was facilitated by Cite Knight Rajat Joshi. The participants included professionals with different domain expertise which added a flavour to the group. Anil Singh from Sales to Vijay, a SAP HR , were sandwiched between the HR professionals.. The session was graced by the presence of Samvedan-Kishore Bhave..
The session predominantly focused on the capability of bringing out the Creativity and lateral thinking ability among the participants.There were discussions on the various incidents from the industry as how lateral thinking had helped to find solutions by focusing on the problems and also how to differentiate the problems and the symptoms.
There were discussion made on the ongoing problems in the industry and solutions were conjured on the basis of lateral thinking .Many quizzes , simulations and games were arranged to brainstorm, which the participants enjoyed immensely. The participants were encouraged to think out of box by attuning themselves to the nature and the surroundings. Chocolates were distributed to the winners after the end of each round of quizzes and presentations.
Participants shared their knowledge and information about the implementation of creative thinking in professional workplace and personal dimension. Dr. Bhave provided value addition to the discussions.
The tea and refreshments were arranged by the team. Lunch was served towards 2.00 pm. This was followed the second half to the session, which had more Team- based games and visuals. This kept the participants active and winning more chocolates. The session ended by 4.30 pm.
The Cite Knight provided the study material pertaining to Creativity and lateral thinking and exercises to enhance the same.
Feedback from the participants :
Anil Singh : I learnt a lot about different ways of looking at Creativity.
(Cite Contribution) : This workshop made me realize the hidden potential I had in me.
Swarish : It has made to think of the problems from the different perspectives.
Gauri Jadhav : I had never thought that creativity would help so much and today’s workshop helped me to realize , how important creativity is.
Dr Bhave : It freshens, sharpens and strengthens my conviction and makes me more perceptive.
Vijay N : This was a great mind opener.
Rajat Naik : It gave me an insight as how to be creative.!
