Hi all seniors,
i would like to share Register of Advances (Form XXII) (See rule 78(1)(a(ii)) format which is compulsory to maintain through labour contractors as per labour act rules.
U can easily get it's format by searching it on google.
For easy reference i am attaching herewith sample format of Form XXII

Dear Vandana,
Why u want to issue him letter?
See whenever you are giving any kind of salary advance from your accounts department then it is there duty to deduct the amount from his salary. Only you need to send them an email which stating that salary advance has been approved as per their present day,and deduct the amount from his salary and give him balance amount of his salary.
No need to issue any kind of letter to him.
