Why not shoot your queries? This is a forum consisting of members from a wide range of sectors, though I'm not really sure if any are from the healthcare sector.
Looking at this in another way, human nature being what it is, by and large, the behavioral aspects tend to be similar, except for the situations/environment being different. So you could get the appropriate and practical responses for your queries too.

Dear Sir,
Two days ago, we visited hospitals to discuss a manpower supply contract. The main doctors, who also serve as administrators, mentioned that they currently have sufficient manpower with 3-4 years of work experience.
To secure the contract from them, we need to effectively present ourselves.
