Hi Anjana,
Please make sure the spellings are correct while posting the jobs on portals. It's not a difficult task; just fill all the spaces one by one.
1. Do you have the authority to access any portal? If yes, then go to the "EMPLOYER's ZONE" on the right-hand side of the main page.
2. Fill in the USERNAME & PASSWORD.
3. There will be a column to POST NEW JOBS.
4. Collect all the details, for example: Experience, Education, Compensation (Annual CTC), Designation, Job Description, etc.
Thank you.

Hi Anjna,
If you use any job portal like Naukri or Monster, you have to visit that particular website and log in with your ID and password in the "employer zone" on the right-hand side of the main page. You can then add your company's job openings or job descriptions for specific positions.
If you want to search for candidates, click on the search employee or Magic search option on the page. Fill in the data fields such as experience, designation, and location, then click on search. The website will display the results page.
After that, if you wish, you can export the information in an Excel format. You can easily work on Excel as it will display all the employee details like name, qualifications, work experience, salary, etc.
Thanks & Regards,

Anju,
I found a lot of grammatical mistakes in your forum. As you said you are an HR Executive of such a company, you should take care of this. I hope you will take it in the right way.
All the best for your search.

Let's all stick to poor Anju's query and forget about correcting her grammatical lapses. Anju, language you can pick up in due course of time, since it's evident you have not had great exposure to the English language. Don't worry; you will do better with the passage of time and experience.
As far as your query goes, you can spend countless hours on meaningless resume searches, or you can register your firm with some of the job portals and conduct a detailed resume search.

Hi,
I feel that if you are using the portals, then you should contact your executive at Naukri or Monster, whichever access you have, and request them to provide training. I have also found that without using the login username and password, there is free access to search for resumes. If you go through the Naukri site completely, at the bottom of the page, you will find a column called "Free Search to Resdex."
Thanks,
Bhavna
