Dear Loganathan,

Where do you work and how large is your organization? Kindly take a look at http://repository.alt.ac.uk/95/1/ALT...d_e_learni.pdf and E-learning quality assurance standards, organizations, and research.

Have a nice weekend.

Dear Simhan,

Many thanks for the response. I am sorry that my request was not clear. I am working in a reputed school, and we are planning to implement an E-learning system for Grade 6-8 students (based on ADDIE methodology). I am planning to set up a QMS for this based on ISO 9001:2008 (certification is not mandatory). Please guide me on the procedures. My understanding is that we should first have a Quality policy, procedures, and documents to meet the policy, and a quality manual based on ISO clauses, etc. Are there any guidelines or templates available for these concepts for successful implementation?

Thank you.

Hello Logujay,

It is very commendable that you are trying to instill quality in school children. Congratulations to you. I would suggest starting with 5S so that the children will become organized and disciplined.

I would like to share a guideline standard on Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation; I hope it will be of great help to you.

I wish you all the success in your initiative. Please feel free to communicate with me via email.

Best wishes,
