Hi Preeti,
I am sending some information you required for MIS. Firstly, the basic need of an MIS report is to know what your achievements are monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly in recruitment. Firstly, you should concentrate on all the works or tasks you do in a month, the tasks you achieve. The list continues based on requirements; however, it shall include the following basic reports:
1. Recruitment status for the month / Recruitment costs
2. On-roll strength of the month
3. Wage & salaries cost for the recruitment process, like budgets and where you presently are in the month or quarter, etc.
4. Important happenings/events that took place in the month and so on.
5. What are the achievements during the period (how many recruitments and how many you are going to recruit).
