I want to monitor how well drivers are allocated duty by our Transport in charge since drivers have been complaining of unjustified duty allocation. For this purpose, I seek your help to implement a duty roster for the drivers which can help me analyze duty allocation and take measures if things are not in order. First of all, you have to share the transport management system in your company. What kind of duties do you give to drivers? Are they on the payroll of your company, or are they rented drivers? Are they being used for daily pickup/drop of employees or for general office purposes?
