Until now, we have been working on job portals for recruitment, but now we are planning to engage with placement vendors or consultancies. I don't have much idea about the percentages and payment modes for consultancies. Could you please provide some insights on how much the percentage will be for all levels in an IT company and when the payments will be made?

Normal charges are 8.33-10% depending upon the experience level. Payment is made within 30 days, 45 days, or 90 days depending on the company and profile.
