Dear Sir,

Please let me know the template or checklist where I can manage meeting rooms in our company. We have a total of 4 meeting rooms. We have the meeting room calendar booking, but I want to have it on a sheet of paper where I can check it on a daily basis. I need to manage who the visitors are, the time, and the clearance of the meeting room after the meeting for the particular day. Please suggest to me on this.
