Our company want to engage contract labour. what is the prcedure as per labour law to engage contract labour in organization ?

An establishment that employs 20 or more contract laborers is subject to the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act. If you intend to employ 20 or more contract laborers, you must first obtain written permission from the local Government Labour Officer to employ contract labor. Ensure you engage genuine contractors. Make sure that the contractor has a license to deploy contract labor if the number of contract laborers deployed in your establishment is 20 or more.
While employing contract labor, adhere to Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
