Attached here are specimen copies of the indemnity bond for use by PE. I hope it may be used by PE for the purpose of compliance with labor laws by the Contractor. Suggestions are welcome.

Very good information. But I suggest you to add more acts like Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc., as the principal employer has liability for these compliances in case the contractor is non-compliant.
