The metamorphosis of ‘Struggle'
The stone that gets a few hits and cuts becomes the stepping stone to the temple! The stone that gets more hits and cuts becomes the carved pillar in the temple! The stone that gets the largest hits and cuts becomes the deity in the temple and worshipped! We need to apply the same principle in our lives. Struggle is a part of the process to achieve the worthwhile.

I don't want to be a Sand Paper.
Once a seer was taking a bath in a river. He saw a scorpion sinking in water. He picked him up to put him on the sand on the bank of the river. The scorpion stung the seer, and in the process, the scorpion fell back into the running water. The seer picked him up again to put him out on the bank. Once more, the scorpion stung him and fell back into the water. The seer repeated this action with the scorpion, and the scorpion continued its behavior. This continued for some time.
An onlooker asked the seer, "The scorpion is stinging you repeatedly, yet you persist in trying to help it." The seer replied, "I am simply doing my duty to save its life, and the scorpion is fulfilling its nature."
When people harm us, they often act out of selfishness, but they do not necessarily receive positive outcomes from their actions. However, when people perform good deeds without expecting anything in return, they ultimately receive the best rewards in life.

This is very inspiring and encouraging for everybody in the work environment who get castigated and abused for the sake of a monthly paycheck. At the end of it all, they get well-prepared to take up challenges.

Dear Professionals,
I am working for one organization. I want to change the company, but my doubt is, in the interview, if I face a question like "Why do you want to change the job?" What should I say? How should I manage that, and how can I impress them in the interview? Please let me know, friends. It will be grateful for your valuable suggestions.
