A meticulous effort in preparing a communication PPT; Being an NLP practitioner, you have incorporated NLP concepts which is commendable. Since you have included NLP techniques, I thought I would supplement the material with two presuppositions of NLP:
1. You cannot not communicate.
2. The meaning of communication is the response you get.
Invariably, after every communication, we either contribute to or contaminate the relationship to a lesser or greater degree.

NLP plays miracles in my life, and in every program, I keep my audience engaged by observing their eye movements. I still remember the two-day program I participated in with you while pursuing our Master's certificate in NLP. Your aura, language, involvement in whatever you do, and most importantly, the fraternity you exhibit through every pore of your body are simply great, my friend. The fact that 55% of communication comprises nonverbal cues is very interesting. This just shows us that there is no point in blaming others for misunderstandings and communication errors.
