I have completed my BSc in Computers. I had the opportunity to work as an HR & Admin Assistant in a construction company for one year, and now I am working for a software company. I am currently seeking a change and am interested in working specifically in the HR department.
Due to my background in BSc Computers, during interviews, I am often asked why I chose a career in HR. My response has been that I started in HR as my first job opportunity and have continued in the field since then. However, I would like to respond to this question more effectively.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to answer this question in a more professional manner.

With experience in the HR field, I didn't want to change. So, I have decided to become a professional HR. Additionally, I am pursuing my Master's in Human Resources." Yes, join an MBA program; it will help you.
