Firstly, you need to identify the training needs from each department. Identify the training required on an immediate basis and then soft skill training. Next, plan whether the training should be conducted weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or on a needs basis. Analyze the number of trainings to be attended by each employee in a year; for example, an employee must attend at least 5 trainings in a year.
Then create a calendar that can contain the following columns: Training Month, Topic, Date, Time, Trainer Name, Number of Participants, and Remarks.
