Dear HR Manager,
Is an employee entitled to claim a wage difference if he retires before wage revisions, but the revisions take effect during his tenure of service? The wage revisions were due from 1992, and the employee retired in 2003. The wage revision was announced in 2009 but implemented from 1992. Please clarify his entitlement.
