The administration department is again a very responsible part of any organization. It is the mediator between every department. These activities are covered under an admin person:

1. Coordination and communication with all departments inside the company.
2. Coordination with branch offices (if the company has) or headquarters.
3. Coordination with vendors.
4. Communication via email/phone.
5. Records management.
6. Attendance/time office management.
7. Housekeeping.
8. Handling couriers.
9. Maintaining files.
10. Handling official documents, etc.
