Hi!
Are you looking into matters relating to sexual harassment, maternity leave, etc.? These are special conditions applicable to women employees; otherwise, all other policies will remain the same.
Best wishes,

there is hardly any policy for working women especially mothers, half of the time talented women in our country let go of their careers only becoz there is no policy keeping their needs in mind :(
Dear Pooja,
Recently, I saw a policy for women in one of India's corporates regarding an embarrassment policy:
Any female complaining of discrimination or unacceptable behavior against her by any person will trigger an inquiry. This inquiry will be conducted by a special committee designated for this purpose, comprising of HR representatives and members with an equal gender ratio. If the accused is found guilty, it would result in the termination of his/her service in the organization.
Corporates are yet to decide on the work-from-home policy for nursing mothers, which could potentially increase the company's productivity. As someone rightly pointed out, there is a significant loss of talent in this area.
No woman is supposed to work late nights unless necessary or if working in night shifts. In such cases, her manager would be questioned by HR regarding the reasons for her late stay.
Dress Code for Ladies:
Regular Dress Code: Indian Formals or Western Formals
Friday Dress Code: Indian Casuals or Western Casuals with corporate etiquette.
Thank you.

Hi friends,
In my opinion, policies for women should be framed taking into consideration all their day-to-day problems. Some policies are as follows:
1) Immediate actions should be taken against any person related to any kind of harassment towards women employees. This is to minimize the turnover rate of women employees significantly.
2) All details of women employees filing complaints against any individual should be kept confidential for their safety and esteem.
3) The working hours for women employees should be flexible, and they should be provided assistance wherever needed in the workplace. Simultaneously, they should be given specific targets to complete within the allotted time to ensure the smooth running of the organization's business.
4) Women should receive maternity bonuses in addition to maternity leave as an added benefit.
5) The pick-up and drop-off facilities should be well-maintained. Women employees working past evening hours should always be accompanied by a male colleague, and drop-off locations should be arranged so that the woman is not the last to be dropped off.
Thank you

Dear Rosalind,
Very well said!
Additional considerations for improvement are as follows:
- Providing childcare facilities (creche) for working mothers.
- Allowing frequent breaks for nursing mothers.
- Ensuring safety both within and outside the office premises.
- Prompt handling of harassment cases and swift judgment.
- And so on...

Hi friends,
Women should be treated equally. There should be a policy that is fair to everyone. There should be no partiality among women, as it can demotivate those who are not given importance or recognition. Here are some measures/policies that should be followed to treat every female equally.
