ISO 9001 standard is available for approximately 300/- from Bureau of Indian Standards, Manak Bhavan, ITO, Delhi, or BSI Global website. There are plenty of companies on the web selling "Templates" of all procedures/policies, etc., ranging from $100 - $1000.
The third option is: I am an auditor for ISO 9001/ISO 27001, etc. Just read the standard 3-4 times, think about how you can implement the same in your company. For example, "Record" can be kept on a blackboard, a 5 Rupee notebook, or million-dollar systems. ISO 9001 is generic and truly universal. Please feel free to ask specific queries.
