Nice collection of yoga postures and documents on meditation techniques. As an 'Art of Living' Teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation for the past 15 years, I'd like to say that reading these articles and literature is only for our information. But if one is earnestly desirous of learning and practicing any of these 'asanas' and/or 'meditation' techniques, one should first learn them under the guidance of a trained teacher. I strongly recommend such people to take the 'Art of Living' courses and learn how to practice them as then you can clarify any and every doubt with your teacher, with whom you'll enjoy ease of access.
Otherwise, wrong practice can put strains on your nervous system and harm you in the long run. So friends!... happy reading, but if you are keen on learning, do so under a trained teacher.
