You have to choose according to your domain experience. For example, if you have HR knowledge and work experience, you can go for SAP HR. If you have technical (programming) experience, you can opt for SAP ABAP.
My suggestion is that you should consider joining an MBA HR program because you have administrative experience, including HR roles. By pursuing an MBA in HR and undergoing SAP HR training simultaneously, you can enhance your skills.
