myself uday right now i'm pursuing my MBA from symbiosis pune.I intend to do summer training project in HR dept...........but i'm a bit confused a'bout the topic that should be taken up..... so,if anyone of u can render me advice over some of the topics that can be taken up...which will provide me a competitive edge over the other candidates during the placement .
