What a mess everyone has made with their replies to this post. She has stated her requirements, and everyone has posted their resumes (without mentioning salary). No one even bothered to calculate the relocation amount. The position is at an executive level, and everyone has applied for the job, where the CTC will not be more than 144,000 PA. Come on, as an HR professional, one needs to be more professional. Apply for a job only if you are confident you can meet the requirements. CVs will be shortlisted first, and then candidates will be asked for interviews. In the southern regions, local candidates are preferred due to language limitations.

I am not showing interest in searching for candidates for free of cost as we have better work to do. I have posted that for those candidates who want a job and will apply even to irrelevant positions. Being in the HR field, cost and CTC should be calculated. If a candidate cannot do these calculations, how productive will the candidate be? You are the best judge for that. Why don't you call up an MBA college and talk to the placement manager? You will get candidates as per your requirement. I am not here for marketing for MBA colleges, but at least your company will benefit.
