Now that the recession habit is continuing endlessly - less pay, more working hours - in addition to being tied up in a bond, strange and unusual working rules, notice periods, and so many other things that we cannot even explain to others or convince ourselves. Employees are simply not in a situation to do anything. As a 22-year-old girl experienced in various work-specific areas, I don't know where I am heading. My future feels uncertain, and I pity myself.

You should simply say what suits you. If you are comfortable sitting late, which many people are habitual now, you say yes. If not, then tell them you can do this once in a while if the workload is heavy but not regularly. Make it clear; certain jobs require late sittings and certain don't. Find out what the exact reason is.
