Make strategies and policies, conduct performance appraisals, provide training to employees so that they can perform more effectively. Conduct employees' meetings and ask them for new ideas regarding growth so that they can feel like a part of the company. Handle employee grievances regularly. There are many tasks like this.

Greetings,
Please consider the following HR initiatives:
Find out the top three business and employee priorities. Concentrate on the one that is best aligned. For example, if the business is expanding, your HR functional priority is hiring and training.
As an HR initiative, take a fresh look at your training and design an orientation program that will reduce training time and ensure faster billability for talent. You may implement a new employee-friendly compensation structure, training and development programs to make your functions more effective.
A Corporate Social Responsibility Program is ideal. You can train employees on CSR and the Code of Conduct to enhance Corporate Citizenship.

- Sending Good Morning/Inspiration emails daily or weekly.
- Updating employees about the company policies.
- Providing re-training on products.
- Introducing activities such as sports, drawing, singing, fitness, or dance classes if employees are interested.
- Implementing an Employee of the Month award as a positive initiative.
These initiatives can help boost employee morale and engagement within the company.
