Implementing a Code of Ethics & Conduct

Sorry, either you have respect for others' property or not. However, you can create a Code of Ethics & Conduct Manual, ensure it is published to all employees, and have employees sign to acknowledge reading it. Conduct a workshop/open session to discuss it. Hold people accountable for it; should any employee breach any clauses contained in the Code of Ethics & Conduct Manual, they would be subjected to the grievance procedure.

This way, people will behave themselves whether they like it or not. Please find attached a sample of the Code of Ethics for your information.

I'm just curious about what you have done after the two inputs have been given. I am not able to understand what you mean by "Honesty and Etiquette on keeping one's property inside the workplace." If you could provide more details, maybe I will be able to help you with the content. You can write to me at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
