Dear,
I am joining a new company next month. Now I am feeling anxious because for the past year, I have been idle as my project was not taken up. Sitting idle is very ridiculous, so I decided to quit the company despite receiving a good offer. My concern now is whether I can fulfill my responsibilities as per the requirements of the new company.
Kindly advise me and suggest what I should and shouldn't do.

Hi friend,
Congratulations on getting the new job. Don't fear, you may face problems for two or three weeks only, after that, you will gain confidence and can perform better as per management's choice. I appreciate your decision because sitting idle is not good during the growing stage. So, don't worry about your new assignment, nothing will happen. I'm sure you will succeed.
I wish you all the best.

Dear Sundaramoorthy,
Congratulations on your new job! Regarding your concerns about handling the responsibilities and feeling idle at home, adopting a negative approach towards this new beginning is not productive. Remember, the company chose to hire you because they saw potential in you, right?
Don't be stressed. I am confident that you will excel in your role. Being pessimistic will only lead to negative outcomes. Just like automobiles, our thoughts also need direction - they won't move forward on their own, except downhill. Therefore, we must take charge of our minds and the ideas that form in our grey matter. 😊
As they say, "All is well." So, relax and start your new journey with a fresh mindset.

Hi SundarMoorthy,
First of all, thank you for making the right decision at the right time. Although jobs are back with high pay, markets are recovering especially in Automotive, Aerospace, and energy-related industries, with a significant boom in the IT industry. You will definitely be happy and enjoy your time with the new organization. Take some time to refresh yourself and focus on your work. Do not disclose any information about your previous employer.
Thank you.

Dear Mr. Sundaramoorthy,
Congratulations on your new employment. Indeed, you may face difficulties for a short period (say for one or two weeks). Since you are young, you may quickly grasp your organization's requirements. It is not advisable to sit idle at your age.
All the best for your new employment.

Dear Sundaramoorthy,
Congratulations on your new assignment. Firstly, stay calm and learn everything from your boss and colleagues. Try to make friends and never let ego get in the way. Clearly understand your role and responsibilities as explained by your superiors. Familiarize yourself with the company's website and seek information from your colleagues. Do not hesitate to seek guidance from others. Best of luck.

Dear Sundar,
Congratulations first on your decision to quit your idle job and then on your new employment. When uneducated political leaders can rule a state/country, why do you fear your new assignment? Secondly, if you continue with your current idle job, you may find it challenging to seize any higher opportunities.
Go ahead.
