that depend on the salary structure of the that region minimum wages fixed by the govt time to time for the all catogories i.e un-skilled , skilled , semi skilld , highly skilled etc. no company can pay less then minimum wages fixed by the state govt. of that region.

- All over the world, simple and very basic technique used for calculation of salary is “arithmetic”.
- Tools used for salary calculations are: Calculator, MS Excel, Customized Pay Roll Software, Readymade Pay Roll Software, SAP Payroll etc. etc.
