hi, could you please provide information on wht should be the working hours for a sales &marketing company as per the law as well as what all paper work are required while making a employee file???

According to labor law, not only sales and marketing companies, but any employee is supposed to work 48 hours a week at their normal pay rate. Any hours worked beyond that should be compensated as overtime pay in accordance with the law.
The standard working hours are 8 hours per day for 6 working days or 8 hours per day for 5 working days with one compulsory holiday each week.

Thank you for this, but I am a little confused as you mentioned 8 hours for 6 days or 8 hours for 5 days, which adds up to only 40 hours in total. Are you suggesting that the company should work on the 6th day for a few hours, like a half day?
