Dear Supriti,
Thank you for your posting. I presume that the PPT has been made by you. I am posting a link to an earlier thread from CiteHR, posted by member Mammu007 on 03/10/2009, which might interest you: https://www.citehr.com/199686-inspirational-lives.html. I find it incredible that almost identical material has been used in both the PPTs - perhaps an instance of "great minds think alike"!!
Warm regards.

Dear Rajesh,
I am surprised to see your comments. Someone is sharing a good PPT with us, and you are criticizing it harshly. You may have seen more mature and articulate presentations before, but you should appreciate the effort. Here on this platform, we all share knowledge, and it's not realistic for one person to know everything about HR and Admin as it's a vast subject. Anyway, I would like to request you to upload some good content to help enrich our knowledge.
Thanks and best wishes,
Supriya

HI Supriti, Nice effort, but i think you should make something which is your own and not a copied stuff... Just changing the background and the pictures does not show your own and true creativity.

Hello....
I liked your PPT, and it is indeed very inspiring. However, I have a question to ask you - "How come it is related to LEADERSHIP?" How I am taking this is they are good for motivation and never-give-up teaching, but leadership...? Since I am the only one asking this or noticing this, I am not sure if I am missing to understand something. Please reply.

Hi Supriti Itz definitely inspiring, can be used in a session of over tenured employees on the verge of quiting or losing focus. Asif

Dear anj2007,
Congratulations on your first post. I see that you have been a CiteHR member since 2007 and have chosen to write now, bringing forth a very valid observation. Your understanding of the subject is highly commendable, and the fact that you were not distracted by the vox populi is remarkable. It reminds me of the classic story of "The Emperor's New Clothes" by Hans Christian Andersen.
Warm regards.
