I am currently studying in the last semester of MMS with HR as my specialization. As part of our curriculum, students have to work on a University-Specialization project. My project title is "Forced Distribution as a Tool for Performance Management".
I have prepared the attached questionnaire as part of the primary research for the University specialization project. It would be very kind of you if you answer it. Please send it back at the earliest (as the deadline is 13th March). If students are answering the questionnaire, they can mention their institute instead of the organization. Students with work experience need to fill the document named "questionnaire-students-work experience".
