Dear All,

I don't know why you felt that it is wasted. I think those who believe it is of no use are really endangering their future skills because they still don't realize what they are missing. I understand why you have expressed this sentiment, as these exercises require your dedication to your employees, your standards, and of course, you may lack previous experience in this area. However, I have witnessed the dangerous results of neglecting these perspectives and can provide practical examples of the worst conditions that industries face, and how they recover from such situations. If you still believe there is no value in this, it indicates a lack of sharpness in your mind and your thinking.

My intention is not to criticize you for your negative points, but to emphasize that if you were correct in your assessment, I would have encountered numerous challenges. If you remain unconvinced, please feel free to ask your questions. Having visited numerous industries in Delhi NCR and currently in Pant Nagar, I have encountered these issues consistently. Dear HR professionals, if you are confident in your work, either address your questions or be prepared to answer mine. If you have any inquiries, please contact me via email at mudgal.devender@gmail.com. I am open to addressing any concerns you may have.

Thank you.

For Mr. Chander Kumar, I think you are in HR and presently in Delhi. I hope that you are not in the manufacturing industry, so I can understand that you might not be at a level to understand it. Please don't mind because at this level of thinking, first, you need to work with your employees. I currently feel that you love your chair more than your company and employees. So, keep moving with that thought if you want to remain as you are now. Because I feel that you will have to work harder than you are doing now.
