Dear Ameetkur,
Under which of the Acts and Rules are you requiring these HRA forms? I have not seen any HRA forms in the Payment of Gratuity Act and the Rules made thereunder. Contact me on my mobile to avoid correspondence.

Dear Sir,
I resigned from the company after completing 2 years of service. I never received my confirmation in writing or otherwise as mentioned in the appointment letter. In the meantime, I received another job offer, and I resigned with a 10-day notice period. As per the appointment letter, I needed to serve a 30-day notice period before confirmation and 90 days after confirmation. Therefore, I was willing to adjust my earned leave (i.e., 54 days) against my remaining notice period of 30 days. However, to my surprise, the company issued me a recovery letter claiming that I was a confirmed employee with them (which was never informed to me before).
The company is not responding to my repeated queries and has not sent my relieving letter or my full and final balance amount.
Kindly suggest what I should do.
Thanks and regards
