Hi, I am an HR manager working with an IT company as an HR & Admin manager. I have asked many times to my candidates for the reason for changing jobs. I got some good convincing answers as well. Now, the same question is also going to come up because I am going for an interview with one good organization. What should be the best answer for an HR manager for this question? Please help.
