Vinika, your presentation is very well done. Keep it up! I liked the Quadrants you used for different kinds of customers' expectations. I think I am going to use them. That is very well thought out. I don't know, but until I see the Facilitator's Guide, if you did include any Role Plays and Games that will supplement the PowerPoint presentation. Great work!
